Environmental Mindfulness

F rom the moment we open our eyes in the morning, to the quiet time we have (hopefully) just before bed; we consume, consume and consume. There is this quality we have, besides intelligence, no other animal or plant have; GREED It's not about going back to the stone-ages, to go around hugging trees or treat stray cats better than our fellow humans; But rather, the excessive consumerism that is ever so conveniently projected in our lives these days; confusing us the difference between a Need and a Want. Celebrated Dad's 68th Birthday at a vegetarian restaurant before attending Kim Peng's Wake...Barely 2 days later, i took the nite bus with Devin to his home town of Teluk Intan, some 80km from Ipoh. Stayed at his home and soaked in heaps of loc...

Family Trip to Cameron Highlands_Ipoh

It's not everyday we get to arrange a time to fit in everybody's busy schedule; this time round, we took opportunity to use Jeffrey's Brand New MPV-the sleeky Kia Carnival and off we went for 4 days to Cameron Highlands and Ipoh. 8 person in all; parents, Jef, Jose, Jose parents, Marve and myself. It certainly gave us time to catch up on lost time! photo gallery on request.
