6 of us from past year's Jun batch managed to make it; from the original 40; which we call ourselves 'JeneTempuras', from the numerous tempuras and tofu meals we had during our 2 week stay in the Land of the rising Sun. It was heart warming to meetup with old pals like Supri, Roger, Umi, JP and Sofia. 5 days of jam-packed activities, workshops and fieldtrips and i brought home with me not only a bloated stomach (we had 5 meals a day) but also renewing bonds with my jenetempuras friendships made with the other previous batches; some as early as this March.
